The ideal person should be decisive, self-motivated and have a consultative style. We are looking for an aggressive, competitive, high performer who is a persuasive, outgoing, people person. This straight commission position has no ceiling on income. As a matter of fact, we offer a no gimmicks $100,000 guarantee. That's right! The day you start with our sales team and agree to honor our performance standards we execute a guarantee where we'll pay you the difference between your first 12 months income and $100k if you fall short. This is unheard of in our industry.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $1,750,000.00 per year
Zero Marketing Costs: We will pay for the tools you need to be successful, including tons of leads,  personalized websites, state of the art contact management system, text message apps, email drip campaigns digital marketing to your sphere of influence, etc
Do what you do best: talk to prospects, go on appointments, negotiate contracts, give great customer service, and we will do the rest!
Administrative Support: We will pay for administrative support salaries, desk fees, office space, and office supplies.
Vacation Policy: The company uses an open vacation policy whereby there are no set number of days per year.  We encourage all employees to take vacation, to pursue their own interests, to stay healthy, and to spend time with their friends and family.

Free Leads: Our Team pays for over $30,000 a month on our marketing and we average 400-600 new leads every month. Needless to say we need help working these solid leads. Â
A Real Estate Sales Maker is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win positive attitude, and is outgoing.
Strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
Demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.
Prospect for leads daily (can include identifying and calling for sale by owner and expired listing candidates), closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements
Conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis or provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy and staging the home for sale.Â
A Real Estate Sales Maker also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
