Job Description

We are a large well known real estate team is looking to expand. TO BE CLEAR: We are only looking for the ROCK STARS who want to be successful.

If you are not interested in selling a minimum of 25-40 plus homes and receive top level coaching to get there.....then please stop reading.

If you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent or in the process of obtaining your real estate license we have the tools, the leads and the coaching that will take you to making $75,000 to $175,000 per year

Our team members spend doing what they love most (helping families, selling homes and making money), and less of what they don't like (time-consuming paperwork, processing and coordinating). We have a full time admin to handle your transaction paperwork from contract to close.

Salary: $75000.00 - $175000.00 per year


Zero Marketing Costs: We will pay for the tools you need to be successful, including tons of leads,  personalized websites, state of the art contact management system, text message apps, email drip campaigns digital marketing to your sphere of influence, etc

Do what you do best: talk to prospects, go on appointments, negotiate contracts, give great customer service, and we will do the rest!

Administrative Support: We will pay for administrative support salaries, desk fees, office space, and office supplies.

Vacation Policy: The company uses an open vacation policy whereby there are no set number of days per year.  We encourage all employees to take vacation, to pursue their own interests, to stay healthy, and to spend time with their friends and family.

Work Wherever You Want To:  a coffee shop, or at one of our work stations.

Free Leads: Our Team pays for over $30,000 a month on our marketing and we average 400-600 new leads every month. Needless to say we need help working these solid leads.  


  • A passion to be the best you can be.
  • Follow up with new and existing Home Buyers and Home Sellers from appointments set for you.
  • Consult with qualified Buyers, show homes that meet their needs, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide world class customer service throughout the entire process.
  • Host and participate in open houses and various networking events and activities.
  • Utilize our easy and intuitive tech.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated Transaction Coordinator limiting your time chasing paperwork!
  • Embrace accountability.
  • Manage time efficiently to provide high level performance.
