Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Relocation Packages
  • Prospect for Listings - General
  • Hold Open Houses
  • Prospect for Buyers
  • Follow-up on Buyer Leads
  • Set Buyer Appointments
  • Analyze the Buyers Needs and Goals
  • Obtain Loan Pre-Qualification or Pre-Approval
  • Complete the Buyer Rep. Agreement
  • Provide Housing & Community Information
  • Coordinate an Area Tour
  • Establish a Home Search Plan & Timetable
  • Research the MLS
  • Preview Properties
  • Show Properties
  • Help the Buyers Evaluate & Compare Homes 
  • Send Updates to Out of Town Buyers
  • Arrange for House-Hunting Visits
  • Provide Pricing & Market Research
  • Write Up and Present the Offer
  • Negotiate the Contract
  • Educate the Buyer About the Process
  • Advise On Home Warranty Coverage
  • Protect & Negotiate for the Buyers Interests
  • Return Calls
  • Maintain Real Estate License
  • Schedule and Attend Training
  • Research Technology and the Internet

Requirements

• People-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Learning based
• Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
