Job Description

We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry experience and knowledge is required.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Obtain prospect(s) information such as: name, address, product(s) of interest and enter into quote system.
• Foster strong rapport with customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
• Present and explain insurance product and policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain a ''Property & Casualty'' insurance license.
• Have some Insurance Experience. 
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial(not required).
