A local Farmers Insurance Agency in Duarte, CA is looking to hire highly motivated individuals! We are looking for an Individual who speaks Korean to help service our clients. No Insurance experience is required as we are willing to train for the right person!

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work as a member of a team focused on providing Insurance products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, to achieve a better quality of life.

• $32,000-$40,000 annual base pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
• Monday – Friday Schedule

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Bilingual, fluent in Korean is required
