As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community. Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
