Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance questions and policy options, both by phone and in person - requires license
• Assist prospects and clients with new policies to reach individual and team goals - requires license
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Work with the sales team on setting appointments and conducting follow-ups
• Resolve customer concerns with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Obtain your insurance license in 30 days (we’ll help with training)

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• High-energy, reliable, and detail-focused
• Ready to get licensed within 30 days of employment (we’ll guide you!)
• Great communicator and problem-solver
