Our dynamic team in Kyle, TX seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer sales & service to our insurance agency clients and policyholders. We're a small agency that likes to have fun while remaining laser focused on taking care of our clients and meeting our goals.

You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, process policy changes, make policy recommendations and assist with the sales goals of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Be front line support for team and Agency Owner
• First to answer all phone calls and diligently assist the caller with all policy related inquiries including new quotes, binding policies, processing payments, assisting with claims process, processing policy changes and recommending coverage options
• Generate quotes, convert to closed sales and track own progress towards goals
• Generate Auto ID cards and handle mortgagee requests
• Handle all billing inquiries and process payments
• Assist with policy alerts and follow up
• Assist with scheduling annual policy reviews with existing clients
• Assist with planning Agency functions and events
• Scan documents into appropriate system as needed or required
• Complete daily assigned tasks to include:
• Calling clients for notice of cancellation
• Follow up for missing documents or other action needed on policies
• Follow up on quotes given to convert to sales
• Call leads and prospects to quote household insurance and bind policies to meet individual and team goals

Requirements

• Texas Property & Casualty General Lines license, required
• Ability to obtain Life & Health General Lines license within 3 months of employment. Licensing assistance is available.
• Full time, in office position
• Proficient in use of VOIP phone system, MSOffice, personal computer
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of previous insurance agency experience, preferred
