My Allstate agency in Tigard is growing and we are searching for a bilingual sales and service professional to join our team. This is a great career opportunity for a motivated, self-starter with a background in successful sales. You must love to talk to people and help them solve problems. Insurance experience is not necessary but you must be willing and able to obtain your personal lines insurance license.

I offer a base salary + commission + monthly team bonus. I also offer paid holidays, PTO and 8-5 hours Monday through Friday. If you are a recent graduate or a successful retail sales associate or customer service representative looking for a regular schedule and a great work life balance this could be the opportunity for you.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
