We are a rapidly growing Insurance Agency in San Antonio and are looking for a dynamic TEAM PLAYER who can add to the Sales Performance of the agency. The Hickman Agency is seeking a CLOSER who is a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Hourly wage will be determined on experience and licensing. Compensation will include:

Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

Salary: $31,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
