Farmers Insurance Agency in GREENWOOD, Indiana, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. We are a busy insurance office and you will be our client’s first point of contact. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring our clients have the coverage they need.

Salary is $30,000 - $40,000 based on experience with the potential of earned monthly bonuses and commissions.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
