District 20 is GROWING!
The Megan Toole Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance. We help train and guide EXPERIENCED future agency owners through a 6-month program propelling you into Agency Ownership! If you are ready to own your own business, but lack the mentor program to take you to the next level, look NO further!
General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses are required for consideration.
*Successfully completing this 6-month program will waive all required Start Up Fees set by the company.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

The District 20 Experience
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- 90 Day probationary period to start - consistent sales to be considered formally for the program by the District 20 Office. I can help you WIN!
Requirements
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required, must be obtained within 60 days.
- Successful sales background.
