Job Description

As the Associate District Manager (ADM) Support Manager you will work directly with our 2 ADM's to assist with scheduling, agent communication, organization, marketing, and recruiting support. We are a top-producing, award-winning District Team with Farmers Insurance.

This role with Jeff Ivy's Farmers Insurance District Office is for someone new to the insurance industry, looking to emerge in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities for the right candidate.


Monday meetings in-office in Allen, Texas.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings/time blocks for ADM's as needed
  • Schedule trainings and events as requested by ADM's - coordinating details
  • Direct communication with agency owners via email, calls, texts, as requested by ADM's
  • Recruiting Support - creating unique and attractive social media content, sorting through resume's, coordinating interview times for agents/ADM
  • Active Recruiting
  • Run and send reports to ADM's as requested
  • Weekly/Daily recap emails to prepare for the week/days ahead for each ADM
  • On-site visits with ADM's as requested for content, documentation support, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned by ADM's and DM

Requirements

  • Organized
  • Can multi-task
  • Fast learner
  • Good listener & coachable
  • Experience with content creation (Canva, capcut, and similar tools)
  • Must obtain general lines P&C and Life & Health licenses within the first 6 months.
  • Upbeat attitude

This role will lead to an Agency Business Consultant Role for the right candidate. We are a high-performance sales District looking for the right person to add to our team!
