Job Description
Let’s chat about a career in the Insurance industry! Jeff Ivy District Manager in ALLEN, Texas, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in Agency Ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Prior Sales Experience.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
