Job Description

Join our District 20 Team as an Agency Producer/Sales Team member. We have numerous full-time opportunities available!

Insurance industry or office experience is preferred, but not required. Must be willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses within 30-90 days.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
