Job Description
To support the Agency with sales and service functions while gaining intricate knowledge of these functions and to learn the operational functions of the Agency.
We are looking for a new addition to our office staff who is hungry and looking for an opportunity to succeed.

We are looking for someone to come into our business, learn how our Agency works, and over time work your way into an Associate Agent position with our Agency.
Salary: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities

Scanning New Business folders

Scanning in other documents
-
Checking Endorsements for accuracy, completion, and compliance

Service Request Follow-ups

Processing Endorsements (basic/unlicensed)

Audits for various business needs

Handling incoming and outgoing mail

Handling Remittance Reports and Bank Deposits
- General Administrative Tasks
Requirements
You need to have good organizational skills, a positive attitude with a professional presentation about yourself, a hunger to learn, and be a self-starter in achieving your goals. You must be able to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure or stress and to overcome objections and criticisms from customers and your peers to make you a better person and representative of our business.
Proficient computer and typing skills are a must. Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
