Base plus commission, plus split on broker fees, quarterly and yearly bonuses and other performance incentives such as trips, concerts, etc. Must have an active P&C license. Life and Health license a plus. Bilingual a definite plus. Reaslistic potential of $80K+ first year after base salary, commission and bonuses.

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional client service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Active Life and Health License a plus but not required at time of hire
• High School diploma. College preferred.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Minimum 2-3 years prior insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
