Job Description

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Account Executive will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken.

Requirements

• Must be willing to get Licensed (Property & Casualty and Life and Health)
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
