Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new clients and guide them through the initial stages of their engagement with our services.
  • Clearly explain our offerings and processes, ensuring clients understand their new accounts.
  • Call new policyholders to welcome them to the agency and explain next steps
  • Collect and follow up on required compliance documents and signatures (e-signatures, forms, ID, etc.)
  • Ensure all onboarding items are completed accurately and on time
  • Make outbound calls to new inbound leads and prospects who have requested information
  • Answer basic coverage and process questions, routing complex items to licensed agents


Update client and prospect records accurately in the agency management system


Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to prevent stalled onboarding


Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a related client-facing role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite,CRM or agency management system experience preferred).

A positive and empathetic demeanor.

Insurance experience a plus (Allstate experience a strong plus, but not required)
