Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Instrument Repairs: Diagnose and repair a wide range of issues in guitars, ensuring optimal functionality and sound quality.

Customization: Offer clients customized solutions such as modification and setup to meet their specific playing requirements.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks, including string changes, neck adjustments, and electronic system evaluations.

Inventory Management: Keep track of guitar parts and tools, ensuring there is ample inventory for repairs and maintenance purposes.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide them with timely updates on repair progress.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that each guitar serviced meets the high standards expected by IdealTraits Inc. and its clientele.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a guitar technician or in a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in guitar repair, maintenance, and setup, including fretwork and electronics.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of different guitar brands, models, and construction techniques.

Attention to Detail: Ability to diagnose and solve problems with precision and care.

Physical Ability: Capability to handle manual tasks and lift instruments.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
