Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect with current policyholders through various communication channels, providing personalized advice based on their insurance needs.
• Inbound Queries: Responsibly manage incoming requests, offering solutions and information efficiently.
• Policy Development: Craft and recommend insurance plans that align with the distinct requirements of each client.
• Portfolio Enhancement: Explore opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional products or services.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continuous satisfaction and loyalty to IdealTraits Inc.
• Industry Insight: Remain informed about the latest trends and developments in the insurance sector to ensure the advice given is current and applicable.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active insurance license in Michigan is preferable.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Driven: A proactive approach to personal development and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
