Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting and selling insurance products.

Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services to better serve clients.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially building and managing client relationships, is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: Dedication to providing outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
