Responsibilities

ICI is seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to provide developmental, analytical and administrative support to the Employee Benefits sales team.  The Account Executive position will work directly with the Vice President of Employee Benefits and will play a critical role in the development, sale, administration, and onboarding of new client groups.

This key team member will have the professional experience, acumen and ability to analyze current prospect benefit plans, manage RFP™s with multiple vendor partners, obtain employee health questionnaires and other group information needed to quote electronically, develop customized proposals, and work directly with our VP and Producers to create a successful onboarding experience with our new clients.  The right candidate will be articulate and have the ability to professionally interact and build strong relationships with prospects and clients.  This team member will also work closely with the Account Manager in updating our two client management platforms, Ease and Applied Epic, maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

Applicant must either currently hold their Life and Health Insurance License, or have the ability to obtain their license immediately upon hire.  Previous employee benefits experience strongly preferred, but will consider cross-training the right candidate from other administrative, development or insurance backgrounds.
