Our average Sales Producer earns approximately $60,000 per year, with top performers earning $90,000+ through a combination of base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new business production goals as established by the agency
• Generate new business through a combination of inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Manage the full sales process, including initial contact, quoting, presenting coverage options, and closing sales
• Present insurance solutions aligned with client needs, risk exposures, and long-term financial goals
• Maintain compliance with all underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements
• Develop repeatable prospecting habits to support consistent production
• Build referral relationships to support long-term growth and retention

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Actively licensed Property & Casualty prior to start
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and performance accountability
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Motivated by production-based compensation and career growth
