Elder Agency, LLC is a full service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty and Life Insurance. You will need to be licensed for Property and Casualty in the State of Texas. We offer growth opportunities within the agency as well as training for further advancement within the company.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Must be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX to apply or willing to obtain prior to start date with agency

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
