Department Overview
The Underwriting Team is a group of HAI Group subject matter experts with deep knowledge of the products and insurance forms; fully utilizing industry knowledge. The team is customer focused and applies their business knowledge to all interactions with members. The team effectively manages its time and workflow to support the needs of customers and the enterprise. The team works closely with the Underwriting, Account Services and other departments to provide a high level of services/products to the members.
Position Overview
The Insurance Service Coordinator partners with several departments; Underwriting, Agency, Account Services and Product Development to maintain accounts and support new business development with a focus on excellent internal and external customer service. This position is designed to grow with the organization and provides an opportunity to work closely with customers. Successful Insurance Service Coordinators are deadline driven, process focused, and have a strong desire to learn the specialty insurance business and apply that knowledge for the success of the enterprise.

We will not collect any other types or categories of personal information other than as set forth in this Notice. If we intend to collect additional types or categories of personal information, we will provide you with a new notice at the time of collection.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE USED
We will use the personal information collected from you for purposes of employment decisions, payroll and benefits administration, wellness programs, as well as, provision of health, dental and vision insurance.
We do not sell any of your personal information.
