Job Description

We are looking for a personable, sales representative to join our Insurance Agency in the Bay Area. 

Salary: $45,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Benefits

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service & outstanding relationship building.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes. (We provide all the leads.)
  • We just need you to bring that go-getter attitude and we will provide all the rest!

Requirements

  • Must have P&C and/or L&H Insurance license.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
