Job Description

This is an entry level sales position, with a career path to agency ownership, if desired, through our Protege Program. Candidates spend their days following up on leads provided by the agency owner, cross selling the existing book, reaching out to as many households as possible, making presentations, and selling products.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.

Presentations: Conduct professional and informative presentations to educate clients on insurance options.

Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage based on their unique circumstances and goals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

Requirements

Licensure: A valid insurance license is preferred but not required. We will provide assistance in obtaining the necessary licenses.
