Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers
  • Update policies
  • Take payments
  • Handle phones and other inquiries
  • Be a support staff to the sales team

Requirements

 

  • Bi-Lingual

  • Be a self starter

  • Provide warm and empathetic customer care

  • Be prompt to start at 9

  • Half day on Saturdays

  • Career minded vision.

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
