Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Your position will be to sell products that are offered by Farmers Insurance. This would include products such as Auto, Home and Umbrella. Also available are Commercial Lines and Life Insurance.

The goal is to maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling

Identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions

Follow up on leads, quotes, to drive growth

Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing support

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility

Sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)

Licensed or willing to obtain insurance licensing
