Job Description
Our appointment setting specialists are responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.
Appointment setters will contact prospective clients on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.
Salary: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Qualify leads and set appointments for sales team
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM system
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven work experience talking to customers on the phone
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
