Job Description

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Account Manager will be responsible to provide leadership for exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

P&C Licensed and 2 years of Insurance industry knowledge and experience is required.

Salary: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide?exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Provide customers with additional information

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
