We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Operations professional to improve business operations through the effective integration and management of technology. The role will focus on streamlining workflows, implementing technology solutions, improving efficiency, increasing sales and revenue, and supporting business retention initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong insurance industry experience, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, strengthen client relationships, retain business, and drive growth.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Lead insurance operations through technology integration and workflow automation.

Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.

Work closely with employees to ensure efficient workflows, strong productivity, and effective use of technology.

Develop and support strategies to increase sales, revenue, and overall business growth.

Implement initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and improve business retention.

Monitor operations and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased performance.

Requirements

Experience in insurance operations, preferably with a strong understanding of agency workflows and processes.

Strong understanding of technology integration, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, sales, and business retention.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects, implement new technology, and drive positive operational change.
