GEICO opened the most exciting insurance sales office in north central Florida and we want you to join our awesome team!

Reports to Office Manager, Director of Operations, GFR/Owner.  Works with Other Sales and Service Agents, 3rd parties.

This is a licensed, full-time sales position.

Salary: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Professionally identify customer responses, ask for the sale, re-close with assumptive or win-win
• Take inbound calls to quote, solicit, and sell auto and other product lines and qualifying reviews
• Make 80-100 warm outbound calls daily 
• Maintain highest standards of performance metrics and information security
• Provide excellent service to our existing customers
• Work standard shifts, usually including at least one closing shift during the week and one short Saturday and one closing Saturday each month
• Route non-sales calls appropriately (i.e. We do not process claims at this location)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; AA or better preferred

Must work well with others and genuinely celebrate others™ wins

The 3 Ps- Professional, Positive, Productive

Must maintain FL Insurance License

Self-Starter with motivation for high performance

Courteous, respectful of people of all creeds, classes, and conditions “ must be able to successfully engage with everyone from drug addicts to executives

Great phone voice, enunciation, listening, rapport, and pace

Desire and ability to bond with customers

Personal responsibility, organization, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills

Type 40+ wpm and use numerous software programs including MS Office

Navigate and compartmentalize numerous information resources sources

Strong ability to multi-task
