GEICO has an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a career in insurance.

We're looking for hardworking, dedicated salespeople who are bilingual (English/Spanish) to work our real time, internet generated in our GEICO Tampa local office. Our office works year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their auto, property and other lines of other insurance to us.

As a bilingual sales professional, you will be rewarded for helping out local GEICO office engage all prospects in the market including the growing Hispanic consumer segment.
 

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

What you would do in this role:

• Provide quotes on auto insurance and all other insurance products we provide, which include motorcycle, boat, rv, renters, umbrella, etc. 
• Make sales of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service
• Educate clients on auto and on all lines of insurance products we provide
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during calls and when face to face with customers

Requirements

A successful candidate brings:

• Insurance sales experience (a property and casualty license is preferred)
• Competitive spirit and willingness to learn
• A high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must

• Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems
