Insurance Sales Agent for GEICO Local Office Round Rock!

We're looking for hardworking, dedicated salespeople to work our real time, internet generated in our GEICO Round Rock local office. Our office works year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us.

We encourage Bilinguals (Spanish + English) to apply! You will be rewarded for helping GEICO Local agency owners engage all prospects in the market including the growing Spanish speaking market.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of insurance
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities 
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Up to 75% of the time will be spent selling polices over the phone

Requirements

• A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days. However, an insurance license is not required to apply or interview. (We™ll train the right person!)
• High School Diploma (GED Equivalent)
