Looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Uncapped earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an entry level appointment setter/lead generator at you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services. 

Our Agency in The Omaha, NE area is looking to expand rapidly. 

We offer a BASE salary with COMMISSION and a built-in BONUS structure! 

Salary: $42,000.00 - $71,500.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals an objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross an up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Solicit new business from prospects received from various lead sources.

Requirements

We are currently seeking individuals with active Property and Casualty License. If you do not currently have an active license... our agency will HELP YOU OBTAIN THE LICENSE!!!!

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making skills. 
• Prior sales experience preferred. 
• Ability to be persuasive, persistent and confident in completing a sale. 
• CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE!
