Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the Agency Onboarding Program
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and manage an established book of accounts.
• Grow new clientele via cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and networking.
• Provide consistent, accurate, reliable, and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence.
• Create insurance quotes, issue insurance documentation, and close sales.
• Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes, and inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, exposures, and audits and document electronic file accordingly.
• Set and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years insurance sales experience, Commercial lines or Life insurance experience a plus.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Software proficiency.
• A team player who is goal oriented and self motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A true desire to help people and a track record of doing so.
