Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with a direct line to our customers, you will be empowered to proactively share knowledge and provide a positive customer experience, as well as the opportunity to grow and advance with a successful team. This position could lead to a career opportunities as an Agency Producer or Sales Representative.

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include answering customer calls, assisting with customer payments, endorsement processing, and scheduling client policy reviews. The candidate is expected to show excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort. This role is not scripted, and is has a consultative approach to help the customer.

Additional responsibilities may include marketing, including telemarketing, cold/warm calling, and lead follow up. 

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
• Past customer service experience (preferred)
• Interest in becoming insurance licensed (preferred)
