Responsibilities

• Process and review and cross-sell renewals.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via phone, networking, and other multiple sources.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Prospects for new business by generating from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license within the first 90 days.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and must be a team player.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
