Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Recruiter to help grow our Farmers Insurance district by identifying and guiding candidates into agency ownership. You'll use online platforms and local outreach to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs and support them through the onboarding process.

This role is about more than hiring; it's about changing lives by connecting driven professionals with the opportunity to become Farmers Insurance Agency Owners.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for agency ownership.

Conduct interviews and guide candidates through licensing and set-up.

Partner with the District Manager to meet recruitment goals.

Coach and consult agency owners on business planning, sales strategies, and customer service

Analyze performance reports and help implement actionable growth plans

Monitor compliance and help ensure alignment with company standards

Partner with the District Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new agents

Requirements

Requirements:

Active P&C and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Full-time availability

Recruiting or sales experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
