Salary: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Sell and service auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies
• Provide personalized coverage solutions tailored to each client’s needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health), or willingness to obtain one — licensing assistance available
• Comfortable networking within the local community, working toward performance goals, and learning insurance products and industry guidelines
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and consistent commute to and from work required
