Fisher Financial Services - Joanne Fisher Allstate Agency is seeking self-driven, detail oriented, energetic, natural networkers with a desire to make a difference in people's lives.  We are the fastest growing Allstate agency in Wesley Chapel and need additional associate agents to help us continue to grow!  You would market and sell our superior insurance products to new customers, existing customers and referrals.  As a full-time insurance associate agent you will enjoy a high-energy career with growth and UNLIMITED earnings potential!  At my Allstate Agency you'll make real money from the hard work you put in while doing good for others and representing one of the most trusted brands in America.

This position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.  Additional bonus potential is also available.

We will train, mentor and provide back end customer service support for qualified agents helping you achieve your highest potential.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Work with potential and current customers to provide insurance solutions in Property and Casualty, Life and Commercial.
• Cultivate provided warm leads, establish and work personal referral networks and follow up with past clients to be sure they are properly covered.
• Prepare insurance quotes, sales presentations and close sales.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
• Achieve set sales goals.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a FL Property and Casualty License 20-44. 2-20 and/or Life license 2-15.  4-40 licensed applicants will also be considered if willing to earn 2-20.
• Must be a self-starter, confident and motivated.  Able to work independently and be coachable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must enjoy talking with people, have an outgoing personality, enjoy helping people.
• Have at least 1 year of sales experience, insurance experience, bi-lingual and commercial experience are a plus.
