Ferguson Insurance is looking to expand our winning team in Oak Park, Michigan. We are willing to train the right individual.

This opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with AAA-The auto club group but rather employment with the Ferguson Insurance Agency who is an independent contractor that has been serving the surrounding communities since 2014.  

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people lives. As an Authorized Agent, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest authorized agent will pursue and respond to the request and needs of new prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an authorized agent, you will be trained to serve as a consultant for families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain AAA members.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service .

Seek out and generate new business based with leads provided

Meet new business production goals and objectives established 

Outbond calls to potential leads that are provided 

Actively solicit new business outside of the office /business est

Cross sell and provide assistance to all customers when needed 

Be well organized and experience utilizing different programs CRS   

Requirements

Hold an active  Property and Casualty license 

Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred

Posses an upbeat, positive , and enthusiastic attitude  

An ability to develop positive relationships with new and and established customers .

Excellent communication skills ,both written and verbal

Confident ,motivated individual who works well independently 

Identify  and qualify sales leads generated from various sources
