You will be responsible for helping customers get the products they want while offering additional beneficial products. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career. No prior experience? No problem! If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in the Insurance Industry. Responsibilities


  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses.

Requirements

  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • A Property & Casualty license is required but will train good individual.
  • A Life & Health license is required but will train good individual.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Self-confidence, closing skills
  • Motivation for Sales 
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
