Job Description
The Farmers Insurance Protégé Agency Ownership program is designed to bridge a transition for established professionals to make the move into business ownership. The program allows you to partner with a leading agency owner in the greater San Antonio area to learn the business. You will focus on marketing and sales of new policies and on boarding of new clients while you prepare over a period of 12 months to move into agency ownership for yourself. Through the partnering/mentor agency owner you will earn a base income plus new business commissions for the clients you are responsible for bringing on board.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Desire to be active in community and really help people navigate insurance needs
- Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day to day operations
Requirements
- College degree preferred, but not required
- No bankruptcies within the last 5 years
- Not more than $5000 in collections
- Favorable criminal record with no felonies
- Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
