The Northern Arizona Farmers Insurance District Office, in Prescott, AZ, is looking for a Recruiter to help support agents and new recruits. If you're motivated and ready to work hard, this is an amazing opportunity.

Who we are looking for:

An innovative thinker who can help identify agency owner and staff candidates and prepare new agents to take over existing books of business.

There are no caps on the bonuses you can earn in a year

Salary: $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the Farmers Insurance Agency Ownership opportunity and the qualities ideally needed in a successful candidate.
• Develop a robust, active recruiting sourcing strategy designed to attract and identify appropriate “Farmers Fit” candidates.
• Assist in the recruitment of agency staff.
• Develop and Implement tracking systems to monitor the ROI on recruiting activities and track the progress of candidates.
• Conduct agent interviews and agency career seminars.
• Identify, build, and maintain centers of influence/agent nominators.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new agents and staff.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Must present well on the phone, in person, and in all forms of written communication.
• Positive attitude, motivation, goal-oriented, and great work ethic.
• Must be able to pass criminal background.
• Must have an insurance license or be willing to become licensed within 90 days of employment.
