Farmers Insurance-Northern Arizona District Office in PRESCOTT, Arizona, is looking for a detailed and organized individual with excellent time management skills to join our team as a Part-Time or Full-Time Office Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our team to ensure our office operations continue to run smoothly, conducting administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating and sending out Excel reports, and providing support to other team members as needed. Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Have an ongoing and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft office programs

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Attend training and continuing education courses.

Manage and schedule the DM office and travel arrangements as needed.

Requirements

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required and licensing assistance is provided.

Proficient in Excel.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Ability to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Excellent spelling and grammar skills.

Problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
