Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide support with account updates, reviews, and general service needs
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities in agency systems
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions based on client needs
• Support retention and growth initiatives through proactive outreach
• Collaborate with team members to meet agency objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
