We are looking for a dependable, people-focused individual to join our team as an Agent in Training or Licensed Agent. This role involves learning how to support clients, reviewing available coverage options, and providing clear guidance in a professional setting. Training, tools, and support are provided.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is eager to learn the insurance industry from the ground up. As an Agent Trainee, you will work closely with agency leadership and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business development, all while contributing to the agency’s long-term success.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Review available options and provide clear, easy-to-understand information
• Assist with quotes, follow ups, and scheduled appointments
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks
• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative office environment
• Stay informed on role specific guidelines and product information

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Insurance licensing (Property & Casualty) preferred, or willingness to complete required licensing (Licensing support is available; required licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales
